My writing style was compared to Bret Easton Ellis
Today an interviewer compared my 'The King of Diamonds' to something Bret Easton Ellis may have written.
Well, to me that meant a great deal- way more than Less Than Zero. So, I right away added this fake tattoo to celebrate.

DRUMMING UP BUSINESS
So I was happy to tape a radio interview today promoting my novel, THE KING OF DIAMONDS, and it was great to bop-in and visit the great drummer JOHN NASSHAN who for the past 30 years has played evey major show here in Las Vegas and, for the last 10 years has been playing the best Jazz on the air at UNLV's radio station, KUNV.
I scored a copy of John's new CD, 'Monuments,' and I can hardly wait for the perfect moment to play it.
John and I have worked together over the years and I am happy to have such a talented friend.
